During the period of 2006 - 2009, the Government of Indonesia awarded the Gunting Block in East Java, the Surumana and Mandar Block in the deep waters of Makassar Strait, and the Cendrawasih Block in the Papua Province, to ExxonMobil.

Sales Business Advisor - Jakarta

Basic Purpose of Position

• This position is responsible for supporting the Business Manager in understanding business results and developing market intelligence and insight

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate annual Planning & Budgeting for country
• Prepare for annual stewardship and reporting
• Prepare monthly performance reviews, Market Insights and ad-hoc reports
• Support sales pipeline management
• Coordinate interface between different business managers

Competency 

• Team player and motivated
• High integrity
• Willing to be able to multi task 
• Exceptional Power Point and Excel skills

Qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree, preference to Masters 
• Selling experience preferred 

Field Engineer - Jakarta

Basic Purpose of Position

• This position is responsible for providing field engineering support to Sales/Distributor Teams as well as providing support in developing the required technical competencies to execute the marketing offers for EM Lubes and Distributors.

Key Responsibilities  

• Implement Planned Engineering Service at nominated key accounts
• Identify, execute and document EM profit improvement opportunities
• Lead field root cause analysis and investigate product or equipment performance
• Act as engineering, services and technical sales mentor and resource for the field sales force
• Conduct training for the benefit of Sales employees, customers and EM distributors on product knowledge, applications and services.
