Adapun CEO Adaro Energy Tbk adalah Garibaldi Thohir (orang indonesia)  dan memiliki kira-kira seperenam saham dari Adaro atau senilai lebih dari $ 1 miliar. Berdasarkan informasi pada tahun ini keuntungan bersih perusahaan ini membaik kembali setelah jatuh 47% tahun lalu menjadi $ 245.000.000 (pada penurunan 4% dalam pendapatan menjadi $ 2,7 miliar). Pada semester pertama tahun ini Adaro sudah mendapatkan keuntungan bersih mencapai $ 268 juta, naik 113% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Pendapatan naik 36% menjadi $ 1,8 miliar.

Posisi dan Persyaratan :

GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF

• Bachelor Degree in any background from reputable university
• Good knowledge in Facility Management, Vendor Management and Housekeeping Management
• Good communication skill both in oral and written English
• Computer literate

SAFETY OFFICER

• Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position, preferably from Power Plant Industry.
• Good knowledge in Ahli K3 Umum, Emergency Response Management, Health & Safety Management, Fire Fighting
• Good communication and managerial skills.
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

• Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position.
• Good knowledge in AMDAL, Plant Operational Management, Environmental Management.
• Good communication and managerial skills.
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

CIVIL SUPERVISOR

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering (Diploma Degree with many years of experience are welcome to apply)
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)
• Required Competencies : Civil Engineering, Construction Methods, System Analysis
• Good communication, leadership and managerial skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

CIVIL INSPECTOR

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Civil Engineering
• Minimum  2 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)
• Required Competencies : Civil Engineering, Construction Methods, System Analysis
• Good communication skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

HRD SUPERVISOR

• Bachelor degree majoring in Law or Psychology is preferred.
• Having good knowledge of Labor Regulations 
• Min 4 years experiences as HRD Staff or similar supervisory preferred
• Computer literate.
• Dynamic, energetic, disciplined individuals who have strong integrity.
• Strong leadership skill, hard working, and self motivated.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out 0f 4.00 (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command in English both oral and written.

MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

1. Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Min. 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering & construction project (project construction or plant maintenance), preferably in power plant projects.
3. Required Competencies : Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical Construction Methods, Engineering Design.
4. Good communication and managerial skills.
5. Good command in English both oral and written
6. Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF

• Min. S1 Finance, Teknik Industri dari universitas unggulan di Indonesia dengan min. IPK 3.00
• Memiliki pengalaman min.1 tahun sebagai internal audit, posisi ini juga terbuka untuk fresh graduate.
• Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai auditor dan aktivitas pertambangan.
• Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal skill.
• Memiliki kemampuan Writting & Reporting skill.
